Infinity Ward has announced that double XP will be live in both the game and its battle royale spin-off, Warzone, from now until December 2nd. So if you've been meaning to grind your way up the ranks, now's your chance!
How to Get Double XP in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0
To take advantage of the double XP event, all you need to do is boot up either Modern Warfare 2 or Warzone and start playing. No special codes or unlocks are required; just jump into any mode—multiplayer, campaign, Special Ops, or Battle Royale—and start racking up those XP. The double XP will let you power through that last few levels in no time. And with Christmas just around the corner, what better way to treat yourself than with a little extra progression in your favorite shooter?
